Who is responsible

This website is run by Javier González-Jurado, trading as THE GASP COMPANY®, based in Madrid, Spain. For any question about privacy, write to info@thegasp.eu.

We don’t collect personal data

This site has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising. We don’t track your visit, build profiles or share anything with third parties. The fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser doesn’t connect to Google or any other external service to display it.

If you email us

If you write to info@thegasp.eu, we use your name, email address and whatever you tell us only to reply and, if we end up working together, to prepare a quote or contract. We don’t add you to any mailing list. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address in its logs for security and to keep the service running. We don’t have access to those logs and don’t use them. See GitHub’s privacy statement for details.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use cookies. The only thing it stores is a small note in your browser’s local storage to remember that you closed the cookie notice, so it doesn’t appear again. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. You can delete it by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@thegasp.eu. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
